Klaus is the founder of AL Legal and brings solid economic and commercial insight to the advice. With a cand.merc. background, he understands a company’s numbers and strategy as well as its legal framework — translating complex company-law questions into concrete, business-oriented solutions for owner-managers and SMEs.

Lars Aamann
Partner

Lars developed his legal method at leading Danish firms such as Deloitte, Kammeradvokaten and Plesner. He has served as Head of Legal in the oil and gas industry and spent six years as Assistant Professor of public law at the University of Copenhagen. With both a legal and an audit background, Lars unites top-tier legal method with deep financial insight — to the benefit of businesses that need robust advice on contracts, corporate matters and transactions.
